Just dropped in to downvote your semantics.
Did he say 10 games every year "we had players who couldn't throw well" ?
Seeing as he won 10+ with passers, he wouldn't have been fired if LSU won 10 games every year of his career.

Also:
2009 season RAT was better than 2007 and 2012 fyi and was hampered more by lack of OL and ground game.
2015 would've been 10 wins without the cancelled rent-a-win.

Let Kansas figure it out for themselves. I don't care to read about Les Miles history at LSU.

Amen. I’d love it for both the Miles lovers and haters to stop talking about him, or at least take the discussion to the MSB.

And before someone calls me out for bashing Miles, I’m not the one starting the threads, just pointing out in them why he was fired.

plus had pretty f'ying good QB in those two years (Jefferson) with a pretty dam good backup (J. LEE). Jefferson and Lee may not have been great passers but both were way above average SEC passers.

So really , in the years he had bad QB's, he never won 10 games.

Define above average. 2009 and 2011 both had higher completion percentages and more passing touchdowns with fewer interceptions.

Not to mention he seemed out of it during the conference. Losing his mind and forgetful.

I’m just going off the quote. If you’d like to rewrite to reflect the tape, please do. I thought it was clear but could be wrong

If you want to include Jefferson and company to fall into Les’ definition of “passers” please do. That just means Les’ 10 win seasons without passers is even lower than I initially thought. That means he’s at 0%

I'm sure Derek is glad to have you posting shots at Les, some other fans might not like it so much. What qualified you to get one of the Intern spots?

I haven’t seen him make such a claim, so no I haven’t summarized his 10 win seasons without a passer

didn't he have Jefferson AND Lee those 3 years, 2009,2010, and 2011? The only years he really didn't have good QB's were in his final few years when he had Jennings, Harris, REtig, and that QB that transferred in from Harvard.
