Who’s issuing the fine, and does that person still work for LSU? If so they can STTDB too.
The students/fans just keep adding the chant to other songs, it doesn’t matter if Neck is banned or not. Best solution is to play it during a commercial break. When the red hat guy is on the field with his timer, play it.

Another problem with neck is even when they have rarely played it for one reason or another, the students have no idea how the chant etc used to go and just scream eyyyyoooooooo STTDB constantly throughout the song.
But the students have never been able to figure out that the claps/beats when the band walks out for pregame DO NOT SPEED UP so I guess that type of thing won’t change
