I think it would be a bad move for Brennan. Go to Southern Miss and put on a show against somewhat lesser opponents and focus on getting drafted. Nebraska is in a top-down rebuild and I’m shocked Frost is getting a second chance.

The rumor was that he already enrolled, but apparently he hasn't but was leaning in that direction... I'm sure he'll go on a OV to Lincoln and then decide things after that... and if you've ever been to Lincoln, you know it's damn hard not to fall in love with the football atmosphere up there.

Their view is that they lost all 9 games this year by single digits... they just need a few pieces to get them over the hump. One of which would be Myles Brennan, under the tutelage of a coach who currently has a Heisman finalist.

If there is one thing he learned, I hope it is about the dangers of flip flops. I think it will be more dangerous to wear them on the ice in Nebraska, than it was on the fishing pier.

If Brennan could come in and run a consistent offense, you're probably looking at a jump to 8 wins or so. Great bridge to the next guy, buys Frost another couple years.

I agree. The uncertainty that existed 1-2 months ago about the future of the program has been greatly lessened if not eliminated.
I think CBK can convince him of the great opportunity he will have moving forward with LSU.
