N. O. Physician, avid LSU fan, murdered last week by deranged former patient

Dr. Elbert H. Goodier, III, graduate of Jesuit High School, Loyola, and LSU Medical School. Obituary said he "loved his LSU Tigers." Funeral just ended today at St. Clement of Rome parish in Metairie.
Killer committed suicide.

The patient was an elderly gentleman who had ED, I doubt if he was black people would be calling him a thug. Your comment was useless and unecessary

This family has been through some shite. His nephew (thanks for the correction, AndyJ), Colin was killed when he was struck by a car while he was on a bicycle on River Road in Baton Rouge several years ago. The law directing motorists to give bicycles three feet of passing room is named after him: The Colin Goodier Protection Act
