I can tell that there a lot of fans making a Rushmore, without any perspective or knowledge of the great players in LSU baseball history.
Only two people mentioned Russ Johnson, with more mentioning Rios and Pontiff.

I don't see how no one has mentioned Jake Slaughter yet.
But in all seriousness, Antoine Duplantis.

Please don’t ever mention Kramer in this context again

Skip Bertman obvious.
Warren Morris (biggest play in college bball history)
Eddie furness/Todd Walker take your pick
Ben Mcdonald. (Most dominant player I can remember for LSU)

Hard to leave LSU's career hit leader, Duplantis, off this list but Skip, Walker, Furniss, and Morris / Bregman are not debatable.

Todd Walker
Chad Mouton
Warren Morris
HM Lyle Mouton, Chad Cresse, Mike Fontenot, Mike Mahtook
Ben was good, but only had a fastball; fastball hitters feasted on his pitches and he was rocked in the post season on a regular basis.
