We get down to the oppenents 20 yard line and run 5 straight running plays in a row to finish it off with a touchdown. Just running straight through them like you are supposed to.
Say what you want about it being against Mcneese, but we simply could not do that in the BK era no matter who the competition was!

I saw it.
I saw the game from the kickoff.
They changed the channel until KY/SC ended.

I’d love to see the stats on how often they are getting stuffed at the one yard line this year compared to last year.

frick that. I don't want PTSD from the past.
I did see some interesting stats, Kiffin has basically eclipsed last years rushing numbers through 5 games and I believe we have already doubled our rushing TD's or are extremely close to doing so
Brian Kelly folks.... I don't even know what to say

The scheme was horrible. The o line never fired off the ball. It seemed like we were running into pass blocking schemes 50% of the time.

i missed it, my brother had his engagement party saturday night so i recorded the game, and neither my recording or the ESPN app recording caught the first drive.

It does help to go against a completely overmatched team, but you're right the previous regime couldnt figure out how to take advantage of severely overmatched opponents last year at all.
We struggle in the 1st half this year against LT, make adjustments and come up and run up 4 TDs and a couple FGs on them in the 2nd half. Last year we get to the end of the LT game and wonder how we only won the game by 2 scores. After a rough 1st half, we just continued to look pretty rough in 2nd half and pulled out just a 2 score win over an overmatch in-state opponent.
Against McNeese we treat them like any SEC team should do to an FCS team, thankfully. While we beat SE LA handily last year, we somehow were only able to run for 135 yards on 35 carries against them, less than 4 yards per carry.
