I dont think you know what this means, because Morgan definitely is not plus on the power tool by any shape of the imagination if we're talking 1B or corner OF and why he will probably end up in the OF in MLB once he makes it there. He had just 10 HRs in over 431 PA last season between A, A+ and AA. Also not sure what kind of arm Morgan actually has, but would need a good one to also call him a 5-tool player.
This is correct. He doesn’t have the arm strength, speed - base stealing, or power to be considered a 5 tool player. He can still make the HOF with the exceptional tools he does have.
Dylan Crews is a 5 tool player at the college level but can he prove at the MLB level.

Here's a more detailed explanation:
Hitting for Average: A player who consistently gets on base and makes solid contact.
Hitting for Power: A player who can hit the ball a long distance and drive in runs.
Running Speed: A player who is fast on the basepaths and can steal bases effectively.
Fielding: A player who is skilled at playing their position and making plays in the field.
Throwing: A player who has a strong arm and can make accurate throws.
Examples of 5-tool players: According to MLB.com, some players often cited as 5-tool players include Mike Trout, Mookie Betts, and Willie Mays.

He's actually done well in stealing some bags so far. 20 for 27 last year in the minors, so he's capable there. I wouldnt ding him for that personally.

Yeah, he had a bum knee in 2022 and had to wear a knee brace most of the season, and in 2023 we didn't try to steal many bases because we had so much pop throughout that lineup. I wouldn't say he has +speed but he's definitely above average in that department

A decent number of your 300 post since Jan 25 are directed towards me. Did I bang your gf in college or something?

Minor league players are often called up to the major leagues later in the season, typically after Super Two cutoff (around early to mid-June)
( above is not what I'm referring to)
or during the September call-ups, to maximize control over their service time and potentially retain rookie eligibility for the following season.
Anyone else need schooling on minor league player Development feel free.
Don't misunderstand my jovial mood or Flash opinions for not knowing what the hell I'm talking about.

Not a Super fan of MLB but from what I've heard in conversation, it's damn hard to make it to the show working up through the minors. Even if you have the 5 skills. Who ever owns your rights may be loaded at your position and you rot on the vine for so many years. Just my observation. Best of luck to him.

Not accurate. You can be blocked a bit but MLB has many rules in place to prevent this, with this most common or notable being the rule 5 draft.

Oh ok, that's interesting. It says they must be 5 yrs in. Thus, rule 5.

Don’t give a frick about your mood or anything else about you, but you are 1000% wrong about this. Like most things. The rules changed recently and clubs can ONLY bring up 2 players in September to add to their rosters.
Different clubs bring up different kind of guys for different reasons, depending on what situation they’re in and what they’re trying to accomplish in September. But they will all bring up players and they will all bring up ONLY 2.

I never in any point discussed on how many players needed to be called up - only the reason and hope for Tre - you were shown to be a complete idiot so take your medicine and be quiet. Still harping on the same old uneducated BS. Go troll someone else - you have been educated considering yourself fortunate.
