My wife said, on the day we won the NC, that NOW the "JJ cannot get it done at LSU" people will shut up. Criticize decisions JJ makes from time to time, sure. But no more questioning can he get it done at LSU.

At least a 10 year window. I’m 100% in on CJJ. If ANYONE goes a decade in the current climate at LSU without a title the context needs to be looked at. Are we competitive? Are we trending in a direction? Are we still recruiting well? But yeah I’d say for at least a decade he is untouchable. But again everyone’s time will eventually come. Just wanna make sure we don’t hang on too long (which is a constant complaint generally in sports with aging stars).

And I am 100% enjoying the ride all the way through.

Dude's done an amazing job.

Think he feels good about the job change now? Good for him, and for us.

Knowing what I know about the man, I laugh to myself wondering how Skip would handle having to deal with NIL packages

Knowing how Skip worked the new Box development, I would fear for our competitiveness with him in charge.

I remember a post about someone wanting DVH over Jay Johnson last season.
grizzlycut has that thread locked from last year about wanting to be Arkansas because they’re consistent in the regular season.

I also remember a post this season of someone laughing at the idea that Jay could be the best current college baseball coach.

That’s why college teams now have pro front offices

Imagine how good old time coaches could have been if coaching was their only job
