Who was nervous for that National Championship? There was no question how that game would go. LSU beat everyone and there was no stopping Burrow.

More nervous because I knew we were going to kick the crap out of Clemson. I don't know what is going to happen tonight.....especially if Skenes doesn't play. It's a toss up. If Skenes plays, I believe we can take them but it isn't a sure thing.

I wasn't nervous at all before that game. The first quarter gave me some pause I'll admit, but once we got that first long pass to Chase I knew the offense had gotten their rhythm back and we would win. Especially after that sequence right before halftime you felt it was over.
I'm more nervous for this one. If Skenes had more rest and I was confident he could go all the way to the 8th I'd be less nervous. Glad he's going to be able to give us what he can, but ultimately Hurd and whoever comes after him is going to have to bring it home, and our bats have to stop stranding so many RISP.

I knew that Joe B and the offense would come through even down 10 in the 2nd Qrt. I’m still waiting for the bats to cut loose in the series. Pitching outside of yesterday has done the job. The title tonight is at the plate
