re: Moffitt instilled a toughness in the linemen that is lacking. Running game proves it.

Good point. I still don't understand why we don't run some under center, especially during goal line situations.

If LSU punts the ball on the three INT drives, no one is bringing up Moffitt.

You are literally one of the heeorst posters on this board with some of the dumbest theories.
Please then explain how the defensive line has improved so immensely because it goes directly against your Moffitt theory, dumbass

Of all of Miles’ quirks, the Big Cat drill instilled toughness and pride in each unit.
No one wanted to get in that circle and let their side down.

Punt? We should be running it down their throat in the 4th qtr. Smash mouth football, but LSU CAN'T.

Its nit toughness and its not strength. Its missed assignments and missed reads. It onky takes one guy to miss a block or the QB to not diagnse wnere the pressure is coming from to blow up the play.

I lost count of the amount of threads started on here back then complaining about Moffitt and wishing we had Bama’s strength coach.

So what happened his last years here? He was not producing results.

2019 was a rough year for Tommy, especially winning S&C of year for 3rd time at LSU. Are you really this retarded?

That’s hilarious. If only we could bring back all the threads from when Moffit was at LSU.

So why can we pass block with the best of them?
This is the weird thing. We are very good at pass blocking. We should be pretty good at zone blocking, but we are terrible.

This entire board wanted Moffitt fired every year for the past 15 years at some point

We do go under center in goal line situations.

3 turnovers 3 special teams frickups
We only had 1 ST screw up. Missing 2 FG’s beyond the longest kick ever made by Ramos are not screw ups. Those are the result of an offense incapable of moving the ball effectively (ie, not being able to run the ball).
