Let’s please give the Wiil Way crap a rest He’s done and gone time to turn the page. We have mid major talent at best things will improve. McMahon is a better X and O Coach Wade has severe limits when it comes to X and O the second round of the NCAA tournament Was the ceiling with him as coach move on there is new sheriff in town

Crazy at this point in the season of OP we were 12-1 with a win over then #9 Arkansas and only a buzzer beater loss to now #5 KSU. I haven’t followed MBB this season but seems like MM had this team competing at an elite level up to this point.
Since then we’ve gone 0-8 and the rant wants him gone immediately. Like a tale of two seasons.

Wade set this team back years by his actions. The fact that some of you don’t get that is mind boggling. MM may suck and he may turn out to be ok, but no determination or conclusion was going to be reached this year. John Wooden couldn’t have coached this bunch to success!

There was a commercial run CONSTANTLY during the presidential race between Nixon-McGovern years ago
It featured a coin spinning for the entire ad, and the narrator kept repeating "McGovern is wishy-washy on this, on that, etc.."
A poll was conducted among voters during that time, and people were asked their opinion on McGovern. The overwhelming majority replied that he was wishy-washy.
Apparently you, and a significant number of posters on the rant, have bought the "Wade isn't a good bench coach" BULLSPIT.
Wade has revived, or built on established success wherever he's been, and WON BIG everywhere he's been. YOU CANNOT DO THAT IF YOU'RE NOT A GOOD COACH.
It took Scott Drew EIGHTEEN SEASONS to win a national championship at Baylor. They ARE NOT easy to come by. Drew usually had them in the tournament most years, and they finally broke through. THAT is what we had in Wade. This new guy??? If he doesn't get down and dirty and doing what's necessary to win, WE ARE IN BIG TROUBLE. I believe McMahon's record proves he can coach. Can he get the players here like Wade did by any means necessary?? Or are we gonna be a "good little LSU" and mind our place in basketball?
Once again, I don't care if Jack the Ripper is our coach. I WANT TO WIN, because I love LSU football and men's basketball. I am POSITIVE we had the right guy in Wade, but I want McMahon to prove me wrong about him DESPERATELY. It's so much more fun in March when LSU is in the tournament, and we should be there 90% of the time. It just takes the right hire.
