What, Moorehead isn’t a good fit?
Posted on 10/13/19 at 1:15 pm to Goat Rider
Moo State has to be praying for a major letdown, and LSU looking toward Auburn.

MSU has 2 playmakers on their entire offense. Mullen left him with a great defense for one year and major holes on offense.
Mitchell and Hill are their only guys who could possibly start for some top tier programs.
I don’t know if they will have Gay back on D. He is a stud.
This game shouldn’t be close.

Tiger fans don’t like day games, leave early after sitting in the sun and probable heat.
The ones that travel don't leave early.

I live amongst them. They was a brief period I hated my life a couple of years ago, but it seems order has been restored and they once again know their place.

Exactly....I'm not traveling all the way to Starkvegas to leave early.

I’m sure Gay can’t wait to get back on the D.

Joe Burrow is currently 21-24 with 3 TDs against one of the top defenses in the country. Yes... Joe Burrow is currently 21-24 with 3 TDs against one of the top defenses in the country. Yes... he has as many incompletions as TDs..

Read this and immediately said a prayer:
“Please Lord, don’t let there be any tall bridges around Starkville.”

I don't think Burrow will let the Offense over look this game. He wants to be perfect, get better everyday! The kid ..God I hate to say this..he has Saban's drive for perfection. He's never satisfied and that's great for LSU!

Damn. That’s some sad fans right there. I’ve been there back in the 90s, so I do feel for them a little. It sucks when you know the pounding is coming.

Guidry is pretty good. I’m pretty sure he was committed here, or at least offered and interested before he had to go to JUCO. Then he stayed in MS after that. Not sure if we re-recruited him 2 years later or not.

There are plenty around me, but more Ole Piss fans here in DeSoto County in north MS. They are all pretty quiet these days, just the way I like it.

Live in MS, State fans are generally good folks and are pretty well grounded in reality, especially compared to their counterparts in Oxford.
I thought the Moorhead hire was bad 2 years ago, and it has been even worse than expected. Hate it for them, hopefully they move on soon.
Yeah, most of the ones I talk to regularly are afraid it’s going to get ugly quick.

If we win by < 30, it'll be a back door cover after we take our foot off the pedal

Yes,I didn't get to see the game yet. But that is an amazing statistic.

everyone is on notice
teams are now planning to play keep away to prevent getting facefricked

Theyre in bad shape. The defense gets gashed, and their offense has looked really bad
I said this shite in the off-season. There was zero reason to believe Stevens would do anything at Miss St worth noting and after that defense lost the only players that made it good, how would it stay tough? Same with Kentucky. It's like people forget these football programs aren't loaded with talented depth like a LSU, Bama, OSU, Clemson. They don't have those types of coaching staffs either.
Mississippi St needs to act fast and fire Moorhead after the season and go after the Memphis HC. It's who they should have gotten in the first place.
