That might as well have been a decade ago.

I guess teams can’t improve.

And to be honest, they won those two games with what might be described as relative ease

Teams get hot…. We had our chance and failed. Moving on.

I think Auburn is still the favorite in the regional.

Yeah I can’t imagine Milwaukee’s pitching is very deep. Auburn not out of that yet by any means.

Pretty obvious that there were leadership issues with this team and other things going on behind the scenes. Jay’s teams usually catch fire over the last 3 series and this one gave up

We swept them and they’re paired with Ole Miss in Super regional so that’s definitely my Cinderella team to root for

Even if they won the super they’d still a losing record going in to the CWS.

Way back when we were in love with that large 1B transfer.

Already forgot his name.

Milwaukee and UCF were both in the winners bracket who LSU beat. Just further proves that it’s dumb when some posters try to downplay these early non conference teams when LSU doesn’t 10 run rule them. These teams “who don’t have a pulse” can get hot at the right time.

Good thing we played them before they were able to hold outdoor practices

Plus they played a month on the road
Even sec teams wouldn’t do well with a schedule like that

There are some really wacky games happening in a tournament lacking LSU. Not only UCLA on the ropes, but Georgia is in a dogfight w/ Liberty and Florida is fixing to be runruled by T-R-O-Y!
