If you think Miles last few years were fun to watch you live in a fantasy land. Even the wins were painful to watch.

I feel sorry for people who actually think that Les isn’t getting hired for any other reason that he’s Les. Hell he even got let go from the college show he was doing when he up and walked off set for no reason other than need to take a leak.

The top 3 are Miles’ hires. I find that ironic and interesting.

Wish people would let miles go, we should have won at least 2-3 more NC titles during his tenure, we lucked out in 2007... every coach knew exactly what he was going to do, his only saving grace was that he recruited well and had a roster of NFL players, but no idea how to best use them. Just wanted to run same antiquated offense with no adaptations or in game strategies. LSU made him, not the other way around... he robbed us, now he and his family will never have to worry about money again... that’s what Zero wants. And alleva has his fly undone willing to give it to him

i swear some of you have no clue about lsu history because if you did you wouldnt be shitting on miles' tenure.
and if doing what miles did is so easy why arent coaches doing it at their program?

where are all these 64 year old coaches getting hired at p5 programs?
he would be the 2nd coach in a decade to be hired at 64 and the other one was snyder.
the average age of a p5 coach is 44.

How many of the other candidates in that age bracket got a Natty? I mean I hear ya he’s is getting up there in age so I’m not trying to discredit that.

you can make that kind of list about any football coach.

during miles tenure no program beat more ranked teams than lsu.
also that talent you talk about.....
miles pulled it in.
please reply that lsu recruits itself so everyone can laugh at you

I know plenty about lsu history. I’ve been sitting in tiger stadium losing since the early 80’s. Only one coach could follow the empire Saban built here and miles got lucky it was him. Saban created a culture throughout the whole athletic department that has slowly died. Now we are seeing what it is like again before Saban arrived, all about the money and not excellence.

what does that have to do with it?
cfb coaching has a retread nature.
IMO if miles were 55 with the same resume of turning around a bad oklahoma state program and having one of the most accomplished tenures in sec history, let alone lsu history he would be getting offers.
think abiut all the shite cfb coaches that get rehired at different programs.
now i readily admit his stubbornness on offense is a big factor. i just believe his age is the bigger issue.
