There is a difference between remaining optimistic and sticking your head in the sand.
You can remain optimistic, confident, and positive and still point out weaknesses and improve upon them. We've heard is everything is alright, we played well, the scheme was good, etc. after every blowout. We haven't seen many changes.

Do any of you people think he isn't dealing with this internally? He isn't an idiot, he wants to coach here.
I'm pretty sure he knows how to handle the situation better than any of you, because the last time I checked, none of has coached for a major program before.

Why does everyone get pissed off every week when he does this? Why? Because we are losing. He has consistently handled things this way. The last 3 years, he hasn't changed his approach to the media, he feeds them nothing. To criticize him before giving him the chance to make a change in the offseason is moronic. Besides, it seems pretty evident from reading Belowpar's posts, it's gonna happen, Miles knows there is a problem. I swear some of you became fans within the last year.
There are some criticisms you can make of Miles, like his decision to promote from within, or the OC he chooses, or player personnel, but what he tells the media? Really? He has a positive public approach, nothing wrong with it.

well in another thread we've already proven that the fans know more than the DC's so your theory has to be tossed out. And Miles hasn't done anything to prove he's capable of making a fix.
