He has been 50% of himself all year. Dont know his issue but he had the chance to step into a leader role and didn’t.

Stop asking for Milam to be an outspoken leader. He’s not. You can’t make someone do that. This team doesn’t have that person, like Bear Jones or Paul Skenes to demand accountability.

Milam is living off that heater he got on late 2024. He's not that guy. He's a really good glove at SS and a streaky hitter that is pretty solid when he's hot and pretty bad when he's not. He's not going to be a leader in the clubhouse, it isn't his personality. Some guys have that, some don't.
He's not a bad player, he just has ridiculous expectations on him for some reason. People think his floor is way higher than it really is. He's a solid college SS. Nothing wrong with that and I'm glad he's on our side.

IlI guess we are watching different games then. This is Milam’s personality. He is nonchalant and laid back. That is the way he has been since he has been here. I get that it bothers you, but that’s not who he is.

This team is missing that alpha leader.....in the past, we have 2-3 in that category on some teams, not this year.
