Way too many holes to fill to make a run in 2026 with the schedule lsu is playing

As opposed to the holes 6-7 Oklahoma had to fill coming into this season?

You've grown old. This coach was hired because he does not buy into the three-year rebuild plan crap.

He got absolutely destroyed for his takes during Jay Johnsons first national title. It has stuck with him for years. He just decided to lean into his stupidity and pretend like he's doing it as a troll.

Just think about this. He is so desperate for attention from this board he is just to fake portray himself as the biggest moron here to get it. Says everything you need to know about him

He got wrecked for his takes during Jay Johnson’s first national title and it’s haunted him ever since. Now he just leans into the stupidity and pretends it’s trolling.

He’s so desperate for attention from this board that he’s willing to make himself look like the biggest moron here just to get it. That tells you everything you need to know.

Would be happy with a running game. Wins in 2026 is Lagniappe.

I'd bet every penny i own that you see a better running game next year than you saw this year.

I don't think many people expected a legit run at a title next year but you never know. Lets see what happens after the portal closes. Then we will have a clear picture of the talent on the roster.

I don't think you understand the current state of college football. Teams like Indiana turned it around in the 2024 season on a dime. Vanderbilt turned it around quickly. So did Texas Tech. For you to make a preemptive statement like you just did tells me you simply are living in the college football world of 20 years ago.

I do think people are greatly over estimating how well we will do in the portal. We need too much help at all the high profile positions. Texas Tech model will be copied by almost everyone with any money to throw around. Theres just not enough elite sec type talent to go around.

Who thought we were competing in year 1 for a NC?

We all do huh???…I mean Cignitti took Indiana to the playoffs year 1 with a roster full of of 3 stars… Lane got every resource at his disposal… BK reached the SEC championship game his first year… I think most under the impression LSU shouldn’t be 7-5 next year… 9-3 would be disappointing but understandable

Cig doesn't play in the SEC with one of the hardest strength of schedules on paper next year in LSU. 9-3 matters 0 if LSU gets into the playoffs.

The age of rebuild years, as we have traditionally known them, in college football is over. For the most part, the age of developing talent over 3-4 years at one school is over as well. Lesser schools now develop talent and the bigger ones poach them when they are ready to start at big time programs.

Every year is now a type of rebuild year where multiple pieces will need to be moved, shifted, or brought in. Just get used to it until something dramatically changes with transfer rules.
