Oh and all this shite about he's a catcher has nothing to do with what i said. I realize he's a great defensive catcher but that does'nt change the fact he's the worst fricking hitter on the team. I dont't care if he's Johnny fricking Bench he can't hit.

There's a difference between wanting someone up in that situation and not minding if they are. Obviously, he's not our best hitter, so I wouldn't choose him, but he's not close to our worst, either. If you're going to use that logic, you might as well say everyone except for whoever you'd like to bat in that situation sucks. With all the bats on LSU, he does not to be hitting cleanup. He cannot drive the ball. What I mean, he never puts a charge into the ball. He usually takes the first strike, fouls off the second, and whiffs at strike three. He is driving me crazy at that spot. Shimph and Dean need take the ball to left field as well. I say we leadoff Landry, and let DJ bat second.

I completely disagree with this post. But I love how a poster like Prominentwon equates amount of posts on fricking Tigerdroppings.com to knowledge of LSU sports. It is friggin hilarious. All over 39,000 posts means is that you are on here way too much, not that you know more about LSU athletics than someone with less.

in game 1 vs uva, and in the second game vs arkansas gibbs had a 2 out hit to score a run in the first inning of both games. i also believe he went 4-4 in that uva game. i can see saying he shouldnt be in the 4 hole, but to say "Worst hitter on the team by far. Dude rarely makes contact, especially with runners in scoring position. Move him to the 8 hole cause he sure the frick can't hit." is a bit moronic. watch more than the second game of championship series before you get on here and make yourself look like a complete dumbfrick.
