Levis and Richardson being ahead of Hooker is downright retarded.
Nix even being top 10 is borderline insane. He needed to play in the Crap-12 to even resemble a decent QB. NFL will chew him up.

It looks like a down year for draft QBs IMO. I'm not sure any of those are true franchise QBs.

Rattler is draft eligible this year, if he were any good he’d come out this year since players can’t improve their draft stock by going back to school

No one is a top pick so all eligible players could improve their draft status by returning. I guess Boutte will go pro but hopefully everyone else returns.

For Richardson they see the potential. Probably a few NFL scouts/coaches think they can turn Richardson into the next Jalen Hurts. Richardson has a lot of upside.
