And no matter how loud we yell and try to get others around us to make noise, no one is willing to scream. Even if there are young people (20's or so) around us. Even at the Bama game last year no one would make any noise. Sometimes people even look at us funny for screaming as loud as we can on 3rd down.

Just thought I would mention it to anyone here who might sit there. You need to get off your arse. It's a football game, not a golf tournament.

You may want to check your hearing aid.

I mean since they renovated that side of the stadium, if that's what you mean. Though I did sit in the press box over there before that. I'm 22 and my brother is 17, I don't believe we have hearing aids.

I know this is just typical rant trolling, but I don't stand up unless we just scored or had a big play, or unless the people in front of me are standing. It's not my fault you old people don't know how to cheer for your team.

I'm just saying that everyone there is as quiet as can be and should try cheering for their team sometimes. What's the problem with that?

You're heart is in the right place, but you must be high if you think a post on TD at 12 AM or any time for that matter is going to seriously get anyone to change their ways.

I understand that I used incorrect grammar, but I won't fall for that troll bait. Sorry.

I know no one will change their ways. But if anyone who sits there or will sit there see this, at least it could make them think. It can't do any harm to at least ask it of them, correct?

Besides, if I wasn't high I never would have started a topic on this board in the first place.

I sit in club and the people around me some old some mid thirties they definitely yell the old people maybe not every big play but they do for huge games and TD's. I yell on every first and third for big sec games

Slayer103 hittin on that stuff that killed Elvis. They wouldn't cheer for Elvis at the end of his career either. See. We don't have to make sense this time of night.

Yeah, let's give this a discussion after a real game. These first two games are filled with people who have not a clue.

People yell for TD's of course, but I'm talking about 3rd downs when the defense is on the field, even during big games a lot of the time.

Maybe I'm just imagining it. Maybe I just yell more than most people and that's all there is to it. Maybe I'm just tired and have been drinking all day. I just thought I would remind people sitting there who aren't making noise that there's no reason not to.

Although I still think it's a problem when people are eyeballing you for screaming on 3rd down when you are still sitting in your chair. But alright, everyone seems to have a problem with this so I'll drop it. I will keep screaming as loud as I can though.

EDIT: Just FYI, I was at the Bama game last year and while there were more people being loud than usual, it was still the minority. I'm just saying that even during big games, most people who sit there, even the youngish ones, don't bother to make noise.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not, but I am being serious.

While I don't actually expect anyone to listen, I at least have to make the effort to say what I think needs to change, even if no one listens.

EDIT: It doesn't look like you were being sarcastic, sorry haha.

I thought it was a requirement for all people that sit in the club section to know what a comma is.

I appreciate your passion. That being said, you can't control people or make them think like you. You're only responsible for your own actions and getting upset about other peoples actions, that you can't control, is a waste of time and energy.
