Jenkins was a very fast cover corner.
Tyrann is a extremely talented player but on who will walk into the combine and measure 5'9 and weigh not nearly enough. He will likely not test super fast. He will have no natural pro position and now he has proven to be a major off the field risk.
...I'd say the drft might be an issue.

I think it's safe to say he is going to McNeese. I just saw what looked like a media guide photo in a MSU jersey unless is was photoshopped.

For whatever its worth, I just got off a plane from NOLA to Houston about 30 minutes ago and TM7 was absolutely sitting in front of me on the plane. Still rocking gold hair and a bunch of LSU gear as well. No I did not take a picture of him.
