What would you have them do? Get nose to nose with everyone else yelling and screaming at them? Not all leaders are ra-ra in your face leaders. In fact, majority of leaders are not that way. People that do things like that are typically not leaders at all and are trying to overcompensate by what they’ve seen on tv.
