If your going to live in a fantasy world at least make it good and say if Dedan "Magic" Thomas wasn't hurt LSU would be 4-0 in the SEC!

Hold it--hold it--hold it: listen to me good: I can debunk the mystery of college basketball in two words: Dennis Gates.

Two years ago Mr Gates went 0-19 in conference play, and most of those games weren't close. Last year they had a great class come in and the made the tourney. Now they're 3-1 SEC (13-3 overall) and second place in the conf. Are you telling me McMahon can't achieve the same level of success here? Think about that -- 0-19 in conf play just two years ago, and now firmly in the elite fleet!

I think gates has

Made the NCAA tournament
Finish in last
Made the NCAA tournament
Finishes in last

And now looks to be going back the tournament

McMahon has proven he's not a good SEC coach. Time to move on.
No it's not his fault Miller and Tamba missed 2 FTs each. But that's life.

Sad part is with Thomas we probably win all these games.

I think we would've beaten South Carolina and A&M with Thomas, but Reece actually played very well in this game. Maybe Thomas would've been worth a few more points, but point guard play wasn't the problem today. Ultimately, other players fell apart in the end, but I don't think we gave them good guidance, and didn't defend properly in the end.

The comical part is they can’t even do the easy things right like make free throws or guard a full court bomb to the free throw line.

This season is just like ‘01. When Lamont Roland went down, so did the team.

Woke up this morning still tasting the yick of how the game ended last night. Up 18 with 18 min left and knew it’d end up close. Figures we’d lose like we did

I have sat in that building twice in the last 2 weeks and watched Kentucky hit buzzer beaters to be us (that is how the women lost to them also)

The Problem:
Absolutely 100%. McMahon can't, won't or just unable to achieve the same level or any level of success here at LSU. This has been an ongoing fact, year after year after year.

The Solution:
Verge knows what to do.
Verge knows our fanbase.
Verge ain't scared to do the right thing.
Verge will be our hero!
Verge says, BOOT UP. I Will Wade for you!
