Syracuse fires Adrian Autry. Failed to make the tournament in three years and is a Syracuse legacy. They have standards though.

LSU has no standards though so that’s why we’re all sweating out a situation that would be a no-brainer at literally any other program.

I can only justify the hush from the LSU AD as 1. Not wanting to embarrass MM even though his record should do that alone but he is nice so why ramp it up on him
2. The more valid reason, they have a deal with Will but don’t want it to be a distraction like nc state did last year while he is still coaching.

The part that is concerning is you know the OLOL CEO saying what he said wasn’t just him floating a random thought it was asked of him by our AD. The complaint media is also pumping these insane money stories and other things so that makes me slightly concerned that they are trying to get a win to announce him back

So what seed does LSU get in the NCAAs when they run the table? A 13?

Hypothetically, whatever the play-in game that Texas Southern usually get bounced from.

Think about how stupid this is. OLOL is literally a court sponsor for the basketball team. They are the naming sponsor of the proposed new basketball arena. Obviously, those sponsorship rights costs hundreds of thousands, probably millions of dollars. So what CEO would want to spend millions to (a) associate his company with completely unsuccessful product and (b) pay that kind of money to advertise to a non-existent audience?

Is OLOL going to sponsor Red Dog Beer next? Perhaps try to bring back "New Coke"? It seems like OLOL should be more in favor of finding a new HC than anyone so they could get some actual return on their investment rather than advertising to a non-existent potential customer base

We could lose by 30 or by 1 against Kentucky or Arkansas the only two teams McMahon seems to show life against.

I agree which is why would our biggest sponsors ceo out of nowhere say we should keep a guy responsible for turning our pmac into a morgue and put the program in a spot where for the last two games we tried to give away tickets

That’s the story of the 2008 UGA right there. 5 games in 5 days and two venues. The tornado year.

Tamba with the ridiculously late close out on the three there. What a great NIL investment.
