Unfortunately, she has no outside shot. She does an excellent job boarding and getting put backs. Looks like a liability on defense, unless she wakes up. She definitely needs to become more physical if she is going to play the post.

They have a lot of issues from what I saw last night that Kim will have her hands full in fixing. Angel Reese is selfish with the ball when she's forcing up stupid shots when you have 2 and 3 people from the opposing team in your damn face guarding you, pass the damn ball young lady. The other forward (Morrow I think her name is) they got from Louisville I think was having similar issues with forcing up bad shots only she's much shorter than Reese at only 6 foot I think and she's trying to play like she's much bigger. The other transfer Van Lith is not a true PG, but they have her playing PG. They'd do better probably starting the true frosh Angel Velez or Poole at PG. It's just too much confusion out there right now from what I saw, I didn't watch the whole game, but they're not playing together as a team right now. So, Kim will have her hands full in trying to fix it, but she has a whole season to do it, so, no big deal. The one bright spot I saw was the true frosh Mikayla Williams, that young lady is a baller for sure!

I find it hilarious that anyone is coming after Angel, as far as I saw, I saw her do what she does. She took the mid range, it wasn't pretty and she shied away from it, but she was on the boards, she got her put backs, she contributed and was the ONLY reason it was close at half.
I was disappointed in the guard play and Morrow. Morrow looked like the game was too fast and physical for her in the first half, she caught on late and started to figure out her spots but looked lost most of the game. Flaujae disappeared like she always does against good comp. Not aggressive, no movement. Haley IS not a pg, she could be good but against good comp, I think she needs to start at the 2. She missed too many open passes and forced too many shots. The offense was chaotic because of her and Poole and Poa couldn't stem the tide because we were in catch up mode by then. Flaujae and Morrow need to go to the bench right now, start Poole and Smith and move Van Lith to the 2.
Williams is the REAL DEAL and should be the #1 option. Staff needs to work with her on what to do when the double comes, because its coming.

There is a difference from being competitive and being an a-hole. Patrick Beverly and Dillon Brooks aren’t competitive, they are assholes. That’s who she reminds me of. Acting like an a-hole isn’t some sign of being super competitive.

Reese had 6 makes and 9 missed with most of those missed shots were from throwing up wild shite while being double and tripled teamed.

Not really. When she got doubled and tripled, she typically didn't get the ball up, it was stripped. Most of her shots, she got good looks at, she used her moves and got to the open side most times she was 1 on 1 but just missed. She couldn't move Vonleh and that's gonna happen against Key, Cordoso, Barker and Carter in conference play, which is why, Smith needs to be the 5 and Reese can have an another big to play off of. Morrow is a 3, not a 4 and Colorado treated her as such, they ignored her on the block because they knew they had size enough, she couldn't hurt them. Quay Miller is better than her on both ends and I think people didn't realize that but she's tough!

Simple when the ball comes to Reese in the paint, she kicks it out to the open player and they have to hit the shot.
That will stop the 2-3 players collapsing on Reese. You can’t force bad shots.
Secondly hit foul shots.
