Max or Russ going forward

If I am the opposing coach and have a decent defense, I would very much like to see Max as the quarterback because my defense can contain and disrupt him with pressure. With Nuss, it would be more difficult to contain and with his escape ability, it’s a time bomb waiting to be exploded. Nuss has the upside that this offense is needed to be more successful.

Nuss needs a chance to show what he can do. Let’s not forget that Max is a backup QB, Brennan is the starter, so there’s no reason not to be in an open competition right now just like with Finely and Max last year.

Max no doubt. The problem is not the QB, but the crappy OL he has in front of him. Put Trevor Lawrence or Tua back there and you will see the same results. Just as the RBs who are getting killed because our OL are not SEC caliber!

If Myles doesn’t come back soon, the move to start Nuss is inevitable. This team cannot win a whole lot of SEC games with what Max gives you.

Play Max and Russ equal time Saturday. Russ is the future. The season is a waste, so have Russ ready to go next season. That should be one of our main objectives. Of course, with that shite show offensive line, the best runner should get most of the snaps. Our offensive line couldn't block a sidewalk!
