"The problem is not the scheme, the problem is the dudes," Richt said referring to LSU talent level. "It's the dudes, not the coaches. The coaches can get the dudes, they're the smart ones."

The Dudes not the coaches.. Coaches are the smart ones... Hmmmm..

Billy's and Joe's are more important than X's and O's.

When you are on the field in any sport you are concerned about the guy you have to face not who coached them.

He's right. Not many programs in America have or have had the talent level LSU has had on the D side of the ball for more than a decade.

The dudes keep you in the game, but when the dudes are more or less equal on both sides, the coaching tips the balance one way or the other.

I may be just looking through rose colored glasses or purple & gold ones, but I think LSU will beat Miami and either Georgia or Alabama this year. I haven't been able to read or watch much preseason
but what I saw of the QB Burrow he is got the potential to be better than Mettenberger because he
can run himself. His accuracy looked awesome in the little bit of tapes I saw. Is there a place I can watch video of him practicing at LSU?

Because he can convince the Dudes to come let him teach them. If they are smart, they would pick Aranda almost over any other SEC DC.

Not really. A QB can tip the balance though, one way or the other.

I've been reading this site for about 6 weeks now. Tell me, do you ever get tired of shitting on o and the program? Not even a little? It appears you post all day, everyday, the same old stale be....

You don't think coaches can tip the balance of a game, but you think the QB can?

Well Saban couldn’t get anything done against UGA, a new QB got it done.

I didn't say QBs can't tip the balance, I'm asking if he honestly believes coaches can't.
