Notre Dame has perhaps the best history or in the top 5 historic programs in college football. They should recruit at the highest level, the biggest name catholic athletic university in the country, the catholic church encompasses almost 50% of Christians.

It's hard to tell. Kiffin has failed to win anything big in a lot more chances. Freeman made an NC but got pretty lucky and has had some really bad losses.

Marcus Freeman is so overrated it's not even funny anymore. The dude came into command of ND right after NIL and the playoff expansion. You almost have to be retarded to not make the playoff at ND right now, and he just did that.

Kiffin took over a bad program in the best conference and slowly built them into a top 6 playoff team.
Freeman took over a team top 5 team with multiple recent 4-team playoff appearances and missed the 12-team playoff 3/4 seasons.
It's pretty obvious who the better coach is at the moment.
