EVERYTHING is going important. That’s the point. Every game, every inning, every pitch, every practice, every ground ball before practice, every cage session, every drill, every cut, every everything—they all matter. They’re all important. If you can’t focus on the little things ever day, you can’t expect to flip a switch and just focus on the bigger things.

my guess is if you drop a midweek game because you're tinkering with your lineup, trying new things, and it doesn't work, it's really not a back breaker.
