Becuase they get daily treatment. He would have to miss that over the weekend and that will slow recovery.

I know lol

Might as well test their blood alcohol level before the go to bed. You know underage drinking is against the law. Oh but nobody gives a frick about kids, yes kids 16, 17, 18 years old drunk on the highway doing 90 and swerving. Also, running off the road or hitting a car killing a whole family while they miraculously survive.

Damn. Really disappointed in RR. Talked with him a little in the quad yesterday, and his level of excitement wasn't where you would have expected it with a huge game only days away. Makes sense now.

Then there's that whole increased tolerance thing that sort of makes you wrong.

Maybe it's time to bring Peterson and Mathieu in for a little chat with Mr. Robinson.

It was kitten and puppy related, I believe. Somthing about "practicing his Ronaldo". Don't quote me on that.

I'm sure it's on the test, but most drugs, alcohol included, leave the system very quickly. Marijuana (THC) happens to get stored in the body and is detectable for over 6 weeks. It's the absolute easiest drug to test positive for.

In the chronic user, it can be stored in the brain cells for up to 2 years, because it is fat soluble.

What position is Dupre playing?? Wide Receiver. You don't have to be jacked up at the WR spot. In the running game, WRs either run a clear out route or stalk block, and you don't have to be that physical to do that either. Sure, sometimes they crack on a LB, but that's typically your slot guy and I doubt we ask Dupre, Dural, QL, etc to crack. That would be someone like Diarse. We are gonna ask Dupre to go vertical and make plays over DBs, plays that our other WRs can't make.

And everyone is saying he needs to get bigger / isn't big enough to play right away... Yeah he's bigger than AJ Green was as a freshman, and I don't think anyone is saying Green wasn't big enough to play as a freshman, where he had 963 yards and 8 TDs.

And Dupre has already added some weight with the summer program.

For comparison:

He def looks big enough to play to me. Is he a 225lbs+ WR like Julio or DT?? No. But he's big enough to play.

And before Dupre was injured, he was wowing everyone. Some said he was the most impressive freshman we have, along with LF and Adams. Before he was hurt, the WRs that ran with the 1s were Dural, Dupre, and Diarse. He's gonna play a lot this year, and be a damn good playmaker for us. Just needs to get healthy. He's our most talented / naturally gifted WR on the team.

He's too talented to keep off the field, especially considering we return 1 WR with any experience, 7 catches, and we have QBs with little / no experience as well. Dupre can do things that nobody else on our roster can do. There is no way in hell Dupre redshirts, unless it's a medical redshirt.

That's a bit premature, don't you think?

Definitely premature IMO. The Tigers practice as hard as they play and injuries sometimes occur. M.D. definitely does have an ankle sprain but not a serious one. Should be back in practice my middle of next week. He has made much improvement in practice and was running as the 3rd WR when the injury occurred. Leslie, Quinn and Upchurch will all step up in his stead. Plenty of quality receivers to go around. The bigger issue is consistent play and accurate throws from the QB's. Expect about 25 throws this game and between 40-50 runs.
