You just provided all the logic that is needed. It is illegal. If we (good, tax-paying, hard working citizens fail a drug test, do we get a warning?) ...... It is a privilege to play college sports, not a right.

well over 50% of Americans think marijuana should be legal. And I don't have to take drug tests.

Kids make mistakes. Not being with the team this weekend will be an awakening enough. If we instituted your hitler rules we wouldn't have any good sports to watch because these are college kids that will eventually screw up.

It was so predictable that this thread would turn into an argument on drug legalization and the various legal punishments for using/selling drugs and the ramifications of university and team policy on using drugs.

I heard he was in the clubhouse drinking beer and eating fried chicken. This is clearly not acceptable in baseball. He was punished accordingly.
