Yes. We've been fortunate to win by mercy rule a couple times to save pitching.

10 after 7? I think SC can hit themselves back in this game, just wondering. I can't get out of here early, so a 5:30 start time would be better for me.

Alabama's starter is starting to slip a little bit. I don't think this game is over by any means. South Carolina put up 2 last inning and hung a zero for Bamas at bat.

Bama starter is only at about 65 pitches in the 5th though, he could find it again.

Thompson who bats .030 vs LHP
Cranford who bats about .100 vs all pitchers
Milazzo who bats about .160 vs all pitchers

The will likely each get between 3 and 4 ABs so, we're looking at 1 hit on average.

Cranford doesn't hit anyone and that was the issue. Plus his defense has been garbage of late.

It's games like this that losing Hampton really hurts.

Several of the other players don’t hit lefties either,
Do you know their stats?

Just occurred to me, this is because georgia is starting a lefty, if we are tied or behind, cranford is probably pulled after we are done facing lefties

He can’t pull Cranford because Arnold is the DH

Unless he plans on shuffling two spots in the middle of the defense (Bianco back to 2B, someone new to CF, or he could move 3 spots w/Crews going to CF )

It is very simple to move Bianco to second move Crews to center and put Drost in right when they put a right handed in.

They're likely throwing Woods, another LH, after Wagner.

Sure, let’s move three defensive positions, two of them in the middle of the field, once they hopefully change pitchers.

And what if they bring in a lefty reliever?

frick, forgot woods is slated to come in next, yeah, starting cranford is strictly PM doing his lefty righty shite, and its probably gonna be that way throughout the game, or when we fall behind

May have not disclosed it. Caniveri just may have seen how he has handled the lineup vs lefties and assumed. It is the same lineup they put out there Saturday the last time they faced a lefty starter.

Georgia released their lineup at like 10:00 AM this morning. Paul likely gave his to the media at around noon.

If that was the case, you would think one of the beat writers would have tweeted it out at this point.
