Trying to pull players back in the dugout who are celebrating. They didn’t listen and he went sulking back into the dugout.

Wtf is wrong with this guy. 3 run bomb to take the lead, he should be getting everyone fired up

And as Cade is fighting for his cause he just sits in the dugout blank faced

There's probably a rule against players staying in the dugout.

What the hell is his problem? It’s like he hates his own damn team.

Theriot was just saying the other day that back in the 90s when you hit a homerun the whole team had a party around home plate.

Now mainieri doesn’t even want them out of the dugout? Somebody has to step up and light a fire under this team

Maybe because the game is not over? Just a wild guess.

To be fair, the umps won’t let the team wait at home plate anymore.

What are they going to do? Take the home run away? Give the other team 5 yards or two free throws?

You really think every player had to be told that after getting their arse whipped the first two games?

This is about getting the team to play with some motivation and confidence

That’s fine but they do let them out of the dugout. Or atleast I’ve never seen them have a problem with it

If ever there was a time to get tossed, that was it. He has lost the fire in his belly.

I can imagine Paul mainieri walking out alone saying " let's go" like Bud Kilmer while the team just hangs back.
