A - we've discussed a number of opportunities. (re: Randall) but would like him in the game where there is an advantage. Think's Zach's they guy and not "prone to discard him"

Team has responded personally. Loosing not a feeling they are used to/like.

Missing guys - try to instill responsibility of those taking place of quality players that he takes respons. to play well. Thinks they have recruited well.
