Am I correct LSU had the second fastest 4x400 relay time in the country this year but decided not to run its best team in the preliminaries of the NCAA Championships -- resulting in a 14th place finish and no entry in the finals?

Yep. There is more to this than we know. It might mean someone is injured or “tweaked” something a little abs Shaver is praying for that person to get healed.

Chicken that is a good point, it may be worth it for LSU to spread those points out to individual events instead of a relay. Not sure if that is the reason, but wouldn’t look past it as a possibility.

Is there a prediction on finish based on scoring the current seeds going into tomorrow’s finals?

LSU’s men are a strong favorite to win the national title. The points lost from the relay team not making the finals were made up with a surprise first place javelin win.

LSU’s top competition is Oregon and they have had a bad opening day of qualifying.

I remember that being a rule in high school but in college you can run as many races as you can handle.Noah Williams may be hurt but that's just rumor at this point.

We ran Noah who split 45 after dodging another runner who fell in front of him and getting a bad start because of it. Charles split 48 which is a mediocre college time.

Meet record for team points scored is out the window but we are in prime position to win it all.

This isn’t true. Williams didn’t run and Burrell is the only one who split 45.

If he blows this again, his sorry arse needs to walk back to where ever he is from and not Baton Rouge. I’ve been done with him since having a title stripped.

The broads are underperforming horrifically in the sprints too. Not too many making finals. Our best 200m runner finished last in her heat.
