Suggest we all collectively boo very loud and very hard when the red hat goon stands on the field.

Sure.. But the players are also not used to getting ready for An 11 kickoff... So whats more important.... What the fans want or supporting our players no matter when game time is????//////

So you could start at 5AM right.

That's what we did for early games back in the day.

That's not trolling....that's serious. I like day games better than night games....check my post history.

If we don't frick ESPN over by playing Neck about every 5 minutes I will be completely enraged. Time to let the students loose.

What students? Unless tigerland closes early on Friday, that student section will be a ghost town

2:30 games are fine, 11am games are a fricking travesty and should be reserved for shitty Big 12 and Big 10 teams.

most of my tailgate crew is scattered for thanksgiving so this WAS going to be our last game..... thanks a lot

Don’t let it get you down. This is our last tailgate too. I’m in group text with myself and my other planners now. We’re leaning towards starting really early with breakfast, then staying a few hours after the game.

There's only been 11 in the past 47 years. Don't think you have as much experience in doing that as you think you do

I've done 2-3 or so.

ETA

One time was as a student and we camped out all night after we left the bar...that shite was fun.

The other was after I graduated and we just started with breakfast before daybreak and it was fine. We were pretty good and loaded by 9:30AM.

I mean I'm just saying you guys talk like this is the end of tailgating as we know it.

but go ahead and keep acting like this isn't a big deal.

Why is it such A BIG deal????

You act like LSU Fans should be held to higher respect than the the rest of the country...

Its quite sad that some fans are deeming this A disaster...

AGAIN...LSU fans seem to only think about whats BEST FOR THEM..

I don't care how much money any person spends on tailgating... Whats more important is the FANS willing to support the team when it matters most.........

Bottom line is that anyone downvoting me is just nad that they can't keep drinking until A 6:30 kickoff....

you're just now figuring this out? Isn't that what a fan base should do, pull for what's best for the team and the fans?

NO.... Just go support your team no matter what time the game is.....

BTW I can get plenty drunk and get full of food by an 11 kickoff... And then go watch the game and start drinking for the rest of the day after and watch more college football.....

Combine it with the awful home slate due in part to our athletic director being a total imbecile, and us sucking which leads us to earlier kickoff, it's easy to see why people would grow tiresome of it.

I know the 11 am start is really unpopular, but I'm not aware of anytime LSU lost a game that started at 11 am.
