LSU entered the season sitting on 3 scholarships, we lose 2 players (Poole/Smith), and half of our #1 recruiting class plays as much as the walk on.

I'm sure Kent/Velez will have their struggles but I see Poa/HVL fricking up every week and we do nothing to change that

True, but those last two off the bench for State went nuts, that's what cost us the game ... although, 73 points? Not a good offensive showing.

Folks we lost Sa’Mayah Smith to injury and Kateri Poole to whatever. This team beats USC with those 2 on the team.

I didn’t know about the injury. That would explain it some. Not sure what the deal was with Poole. She would have played a lot of minutes which gives you opportunities to compete for that starting position. Sounds like she got upset because they brought HVL on as a PG even though that wasn’t her position.

Has there been a game this year where our bench wasn’t outscored? Is there any other team in the nation that only uses 1-2 players off the bench per game?

Once Mulkey actually gets some depth on her roster there won’t be a reason to whine anymore. Sure tRant will find one though. Women’s bb is in as good of hands as it can possibly be. We won’t win a championship this year but pretty silly to expect to be Connecticut in less than 3 years.
