Congrats on being first to start this thread after a win.

There will be at least 5 to follow in the next 3 days.

They'll make it next season.

Pretty much the only way they can make it this season is by winning out in the regular season and beating Auburn in the tournament. The RPI is too low.

Or just win the SEC tournament.

Are you really asking this after looking at the overall record?

We finish over .500 in SEC. Book it.

Just happy we're competitive and beating some good teams. Anything is possible and we're really not that far off at all, but it would be difficult with our lack of a big man that plays like a big man all the time.

No, but a home game or two in the NIT would be good for this program.

They were a projected 7 seed in the tourney going into today.

LSU is not far off at all, but we're inconsistent and that would make it tough at this point when they need all Ws.

I could actually see this team making the finals of the sect or even winning it. Like that dark horse, under-the-radar team that makes a shocking run then somehow gets to the sweet-16. I doubt it but i could see it

They came into the game ranked 22 in the RPI. It's LSU's third best win (the 2 over A&M are better per the rankings).

If Arkansas wins today, then LSU would likely have 7 "tier one" wins. For reference, that would be 2 more than Duke and Michigan St....combined
