I don't think they let the video run far enough. As the 1B looked at the ump the ball may have been still moving out of her glove and she had to snap it again. They kept stopping the video.

It wasn’t close to a “bobble.” The first base ump fully botched that call, and thankfully replay fixed it.

Based off what we saw, the video showed out. But I still think as she looked at the umpire the ball was still moving. They didn't let the video play long enough.
