Hell of a way for Saban to go out

He left on Christmas, then followed it up with this bullshite finish. What a week. I still have an irrational urge to punch Drew Tate in the face.

I was watching the game at my parents' house with my high school buddy, whose sister happened to be dating Warren Holloway at the time. Motherfricker just started cackling when he realized who caught the TD.

The only positive to come from that game was Jamarcus and the receivers (Bowe and Davis). Setup nicely for the next 2 years

I had a season long $1000 bet that LSU would get 10 wins.
a-hole coworker from crowley was a USC fan and pissed me off talking shite so I made the bet .
Yeah.
All my friends wanted to kick his arse when he came to collect an hour later.

That last td pass broke me for a time. I am sure it made many fans bitter about Saban leaving like that. Then came 2007.

Weren't they supposed to be in man coverage? Safety thought zone was the call. That is why receiver was wide open.

Was there with my 5 year old daughter sitting up in the stratosphere. Had a row of “Hawk” fans behind us who sat silent for the bulk of the game. When the catch was made, they went nuts and directed their exuberance to me with “F yous” etc.....me carrying a 5 year old. I retaliated and it could have gotten out of hand but I thought better and walked away. Then walked a mile through the hood to the car for a 2 day drive home. Horrible memories.

I was in the stands in the end zone when the safety let the WR run right past him...saw it before the ball even left QBs hand.

Same here. My hand looked like a Christmas ham after punching the scoreboard above us on the way out. Mostly because of the game outcome but also because of the endless Capital One commercials played on said scoreboard at ear splitting volume at every single stoppage of play.

Great weather, fun trip, exciting game, but absolutely soul crushing number of commercials and final play.

I was the guy that knocked out a Iowa frat boy who ran up in my face after the game yelling "how bout them hawkeyes!" I was sick after the Hail Mary, but talked some sense into myself as I rode the escalator down and calmed myself. "We had a great trip, got to visit and stay with my family there, we just won the NC the year before", yadda, yadda, yadda. And then the douche ran up in my face as we exited the stadium. My gf at the time boo hooed all the way to the car, thinking I was going to jail in Orlando. In hindsight, it was totally worth it lol.
