Not sure who it will be, but the nature of the BCS system almost assures that there will be leaks soon.

While true the official standings will not be made public til the show on ESPN, the bowl reps have to be made aware prior so that they can make their selections.

One or ore of those pompous bowl idiots will start leaking info.

There are almost 2x as many Harris Poll voters as Coaches. Thus 2x as many points. So if Alabama is up 32 in the Coaches that would translate to 64 in the Harris (Alabama was up 300+ last week, obviously that will change drastically). I expect the Harris to be closer (proportionately) than the Coaches, but it's not inconceivable Alabama is up 50+.

Yea, I guess it is conceivable. But I think it is unlikely. The number would be 62, but you make a good point.

But I have a feeling the Harris will be more fluid than the Coach's because they don't exactly have to answer to the media in the same way. So they feel less pressure to not put who they want in. Bama lost two points after beating Auburn, so I feel pretty confident Wolfe will decide.

It appears Alabama got enough votes in the Harris to remain at 2

that is expected but if they don't have enough votes to survive the jump OSU will get because of the computers.

All I wanna know is why is NOONE talking about, why is it even a discussion for the SEC to play a SEC TEAM IN A BOWL GAME. IT HAS HAPPENED FOR 50 years!

If Bama ends up #2 in the Wolfe, they can thank Baylor for upsetting OU.

In fact, Bama can just outright thank Baylor if they end up #2 in the BCS. Imagine if Oklahoma State had beaten a 3rd ranked OU team 41-10. It would have been all over for Bama.

quit going to that site. It isn't the official Massey record. Very unlikely that Massey gets published before 8:00 pm tonight

There is absolutely no way Alabama held off Okie State in the Massey poll.

Oklahoma was 6th in that poll when Okie State beat them.

Way more than enough to overcome the very small deficit to Alabama.

The question isn't does Okie State and Bama split 6 polls, it's whether Okie State had 4 or 5 of the computer polls.

I suspect Wolfe may have fallen to Bama by a mere hundreds of a point.

Damn Baylor.

I really believe OSU gets enough votes in Harris to send it to the computers. Wolfe will be the deciding factor. I would have said 50/50 but I guess the tweets pf Bama #2 in Wolfe have come from somewhere

lsumatt,

Not looking into the tweets regarding Wolfe, how do Yyou predict those numbers look based on past history?
