LSU vs Florida 1997

My father and I attended sitting in the upper deck of the south end zone. Dad wept at the finale of this world war! I'm proud of LSU October 11, 1997. Very

On the top row of the student section in the North Endzone right under the scoreboard. Even up there we had to stand most of the game. Favorite game I ever attended.

My wife and I were there. Southeast corner. I'll never forget that game. It was the best I've ever seen in Tiger Stadium.

I’m still mad that Cedric didn’t score on the first interception

Man I remember storming the field after that game. I was drunker than Cooter Brown and ran up to Steve Spurrier yelling "fuuuuuck youuu". That mofo gave me that "look at this crazy SOB" look.

One of my sons was a freshman in the band and my parents
who were both Tulane grads came to watch him. Section
302 - still have the seats - I had more fun watching them
high five folks around us - what a game! I have seen them
all for 40 years and this is absolutely one of the best.

I was on the west side, practically under the press box. It was a great game!

Was there with my father as well. We were sitting on the first row about the 30 yard line, west side. Couldn't see the field due to players standing, but boy, what an atmosphere! I'll never forget it. It was awesome being right there in the middle of it all.

Got kicked out because I threw my drinks into the stands. Probably the only person in Tiger Stadium history to be kicked out for that reason.

I kept grass from the field that night under my coffee table glass. Long gone now. The goal post being passed around the stadium was awesome.

I wasn’t there but I sprained my ankle running around my house and jumping up and down. Did my wife help me out? Nope. Just sat there looking at me shaking her head.
What a game.

Never forget, was in my seats that still have section 412. My best friend that past away in 2013 told me as we were walking to the stadium. “ I don’t know what is going to happen but we are going to see something special tonight.

A much younger me in the student section:

During the game Adrian Karsten asked me if I was from Wisconsin.
