There's no way bureaucrats like F King Alexander or the NCAA can complete an investigation in a few days. This would takes months at a minimum.

Yep, this is basically the worst possible thing we could have done. The NCAA won't care about this suspension if Wade did break the rules, and we didn't have his back if he didn't.
