Why in the hell does our administration do everything arse backwards? It is amazing.
They are hell bent on making Wade out to be a villian just to try to save face and hide their incompetency.

Oh my God
Who thought this was a good idea?
We basically are now admitting to cheating
Who thought this was a good idea?

Well, considering they haven't given him a chance to explain himself without NCAA reps there, I'd say they're not doing all they can to rectify the situation. But they're trying to put all of the blame on Wade.

LSU is literally caniballizing itself.

Wiseguy, add this to topic
NCAA requested to be part of all interviews
NCAA requested to be part of all interviews

The NCAA has requested to be a part of all interviews on this matter, #LSU says, and the words "institutional control" are key in the decision to suspend Wade. NCAA enforcement is on the ground here

It was obvious that Wade was done at LSU as soon as the "meeting" stuff first was leaked to the press. This is just icing on the cake. Christ almighty. What an embarrassment.

Someone explain how they get the scoop on this.
Because Ross Dellenger used to work for the Advocate and has traded friendly articles for increased access to the athletic department. And is now just acting as a mouthpiece for the AD in an effort to raise his profile.

I dont believe this. And frankly LSU can tell them to frick off. This is an internal decision that the NCAA has no right to be a part of.

Tell them no. Other schools have done it. The only reason they requested it is because we invited them on to campus to start with.

I honestly thought lsu would screw up again, but never in my wildest dreams did i think they would release something as stupid as this as their public comment
Holy frick
Holy frick

And they can have the meeting after the trial.

had these fricking morons just used patience instead of rash action, this storm would have passed. Now you've painted yourself into a no win situation but hey that's what happens when you allow political appointees to have say in matters they don't really have any business being involved in.
LSU is going above and beyond to frick itself while everyone else did what they should have done, take the small PR hit, proceed with business as usual.

This. Does our admin really expect anyone beside retard Lester to buy this shite?

If they go through with this and get rid of him, I’m done. This whole place is turning to hell. They have demolished any public interaction they have had. Alleva and co. have no backbone whatsoever.

That would not be enough and they know it. He would need to be more specific and define "wrongdoing", which would put him in a bind in April.
BS. Open your eyes.
It’s a yes or no deal.
Regardless, this has become contentious and it’s over.
No one on the Rant is going to save this relationship. This is on Wade.

Except we obviously like one “parent” much, much more in this matter.
