Vs. SELU- W
@ Ole Miss- will be a difficult game. Expect defense to be elite against their QBs but kiffen always schemes well against us. W
Vs. SC- Will Sellers be back…. W
@ Vandy- shut it down. Vandy looks better than they have in a decade. Still defense is too much. W
@ Bama- we need this win more than anything. But being away is going to be tough. I want to see more games before calling this one.
Vs. Ark- W
Vs. Wku- W
@ OK- going to be a tough game. Their QB is looking really good and their defense is top notch. Our offense will have to come through for us. Not sure yet

What you think?

For starters you missed a game. Outside of that, I think they go 7-2 the rest of the way losing 2 out of 3 to Ole Miss, Bama and OU.

I'm worried about the OU game. It will be cold and LSU does not play well in the cold. Vandy could be tricky but we handled Diego last year with lesser talent.

Barring injuries, I think we could win them all. Will we? Who knows.

6 losable games left on the schedule. Have to go 4-2.

Think you have to win Ole Miss, South Carolina, and A&M because those are the easiest wins.

Vanderbilt is going to be tough - throw out everything you know about “Vanderbilt”. Alabama and OU will be tough. Go 1-2 at least in these 3 games.

I think we go 7-2 or 8-1 rest of the way.

I do believe the offense will improve. BK knows what he needs, he’s not going to just sit there and watch it flounder like Orgeron did when he had obvious issues.

That doesn’t mean we will have a world beating offense but they will 100% improve bc Kelly will demand it.

10-2 or better.

Anything else should result in OC fired and BK on smoldering hot seat in 26

I predicted before the season we’d finish
10-2 and in the playoffs. I still love my prediction.

Why do people say this?

LSU has played Alabama 89 times since 1895. Both were founding members of the SEC in 1932. With 16 games played through 1930 (LSU was 3-11-2 in pre-SEC games with Bama), there have been 72 SEC games between the two and a, technically "non conference" game on 1/9/2012.

LSU has won 24 of those conference games and there have been 3 ties in conference play. Of LSU's 24 conference victories against Alabama - 9 have been in Tuscaloosa, 4 in Birmingham, 2 in Mobile and 9 in Baton Rouge.

LSU has played Alabama in every regular season (and 1 post season game after the 2011 season) since 1964 (the 12th SEC game between the two, IIRC). LSU lost the first 5 games (through 1968) of that run, 3 in Birmingham, 2 in Tiger Stadium. LSU then won 2 games of the series back-to-back, Tiger Stadium in 1969 and Birmingham (we played most of those games in Legion Field back then) in 1970, and would not win another game in Tiger Stadium UNTIL 2-EFFING THOUSAND.

Beginning with the 1982 contest (still @ Birmingham then, switching to Tuscaloosa in 1988) LSU won @ Alabama 13 times. Over that same span, LSU won in Tiger Stadium 5 times.

If the same offense shows up that played the last two games we could lose 3-5 games.
My predicted losses:
1. OMiss
2. Bama
3. OK

Possible: aTm, Vandy and/or Bowl opponent.

Realistically, it’s difficult to predict anything because we haven’t played anybody. Through 3 games each, our competition is collectively 4 - 5.

If the offense cannot get its shite together, they will lose at least 2 games going forward.

At some point you have to put points on the board and move the ball effectively and efficiently.

You cannot get 9 first downs and keep your defense on the field all game, no matter how good the defense is.

We are gonna need to see some growth on offense Vs Ole Miss
