He's not. Putting up with a DC that wouldn't recruit doesn't give you a taste for more of the same. LSU is getting outrecruited in our own backyard by the Bama's and aTm's of the world who have more $$$ to spend on recruiting. Everybody has to pull their weight.

You may be correct. And there certainly may be other bigger options on the table. But Clancy is great and to beat that by 100x as you are saying, would require allowing us to have 15 players on the field on D.
