Any update on Brennans strength and conditioning program? After one photo was posted, people were saying he had a dad bod and doesn’t have to worry about getting injured, because he is basically walking around with a flak jacket. If he can get his conditioning under control, I think he will be the starter and probably get drafted.

conditioning isn't the issue for Brennan.

Have you seen Mac Jones' body without a shirt?

If Brennan shows he has full grasp of the offense and performs at equal level of others, he will get the nod. BK will go with the vet to start. He also knows MB is a fan fav.

Daniels has far more experience than Brennan

ok, but you're defining "vet" merely as the passage of time.

Daniels:
29 games played
723 pass attempts

Brennan:
18 games played
201 pass attempts

Daniels has a better completion % and better TD-to-INT ratio. Daniels rushed for 1288 yards -- Brennan rushed for -1 yard.

even if it's true (I question that), it's utterly irrelevant.

If that pattern holds then Brennan will be QB1, Daniels may bolt after Spring and Nuss is QB2 with Howard as a redshirt.

Why do you guys forget that Myles passed for over 17 thousand yards in HS, broke Brett Favre's Mississippi state record, which he still holds? Even over 4 yrs in HS, that is over 6000 yards per year.
every time someone brings up high school stats, I think of Bobby Joe Douglas.

Back in the 1980s, he averaged 54 points per game for Marion High School. Douglas set the national record for most points per game — before the game incorporated a three-point line. Once scored 93 points in a game.

Went to Louisiana-Monroe and averaged 7.5 points per game.

High school ain't college.

I just hope we get up big enough in a few game to see Nuss rip the ball to the endzone on every play

You guys still don't understand who you got as a coach. The guy who will start will be the "safe" guy that doesn't throw picks. Kelly sucks at QB development and errs to the side of the guys who won't lose a game vs who is the best.

This is what I’m hoping for. I’m pissed that we’re wasting reps on Daniels in the first place.

Heard two different reports that if Daniels doesn’t pick up his game, Nuss will be QB2 whether Daniels stays or not. I thought Daniels would come in grab the job from Day 1. Halfway through spring, he has not looked good.

Don’t really care if Daniels sticks or not if him coming here for spring made Brennan and Nuss get a fire under their arse of competition.

While Brennan was in transfer mode, I'm sure Ness was elated to be looking at a #1 spot at QB. I'm sure he's devistated now knowing he's probably back to a #3 role. His Dad wants to see him play. He's gone.

Myles is a gun slinger, not a “safe option” YOU don’t understand our personnel.
