Now, the Burrow get was excellent and he seems very promising, but he's got very little track record to tell.

Exactly. Vegas line is 7 because they believe that is what will bring in close to 50% of the money on each side. Whether they actually think we will win this many games is not revealed here.

That really isn't a shocking number of you take off the P&G glasses. Vegas is predicting for sure loses against Auburn, Georgia, and Bama. From there they are betting that we drop two between Miami, State, Florida, and A&M. So objectively it seems pretty accurate.

You people are basing your confidence in the over here off of LSU winning at least 8 games for so many years, which is not smart when it comes to gambling. Not only has LSU changed, the SEC has changed as well. If you think LSU will win 8 games, thats fine. Just dont base it off of years past. Les mostly won his OOC games. Orgeron, were not so sure. Les also had his team ready for big season openers (sans wisky), Orgeron didnt have LSU looking great against BYU. UF will be better, TAMU will be better, Bama is an almost for sure L. There is a reason Vegas has it at the number they have it at. Be warned.

We won 9 games last year, we replace Syracuse at home with Miami in Houston and @Tennessee with vs. Georgia.

A&M hasn't beat us since they joined the SEC and with just the hire of Fisher all of a sudden they are a toss up? Remember Fisher is coaching Sumilin's players they won't beat us this year! UF is a dumpster fire and even though Mullen is a great coach they don't have a QB and Mullen is playing with McElwain's players also. Always a close game but again LSU wins
Miami will be a tough game and I agree toss up.
8-9 wins will be the mark with a 10win possibility if we beat one of Auburn, UGA or Bama.
