Who is officiating the game and have they officiated any LSU games yet this year, specifically away games?

That will decide what happens tonight.

Does Ole Miss have an injury that we aren’t aware of? Seems like a lot of points with the way we’ve played the last few weeks

If you bet you will be more successful taking the points an not giving them.I’m not gonna take LSU I’m taking Ole Miss an the points. It’s hard to beat anybody in conference by 14 points in basketball even weaker teams

Me too, start slow switching leads, sloppy at times, LSU pulls out in the end 7-9pt victory. Same woes offensively but D plays better, less fouling and more turnover points than in previous few games. LSU 70-61

Ole Miss seems to be much better at home.

The same can be said for pretty much every CBB team

LSU has covered once in their last 5 games (losing by 3 to Alabama). In fact, they really haven't been all that close to covering lately. In the last 3 games teams have started to perform better against LSU's defense. Couple that with the fact the offense (though very slightly better) has remained inconsistent, and it is hard to see LSU covering a 14.5 spread. LSU has only won one SEC game by double-digits all season. Ole Miss isn't a great team by any means. But I still have a hard time seeing LSU being good enough offensively to win any game by 15 points.

LSU's point guard has been hurt during that entire stretch. Darius Days was also hurt and missed some time. Hopefully both will be back to 100% tongiht, as both got some playing time in the TCU game which was encouraging regardless of the outcome.

Days looked pretty healthy against TCU.

Pinson idk he looked alright but just a little fragile, some poster pointed out right before half it look like a guy bumped his knee and either freaked him out or hurt him. I would be encouraged if he can 10ish minutes tonight too. Hopefully the tigers pull away so we won't really need him out there.

Days only missed one full game. And LSU's offense wasn't terribly efficient BEFORE Pinson was injured. I think LSU wins tonight, but a +15 scoring margin seems a bit optimistic. To get that margin you are likely talking about LSU having to score around 75 points...something they have only done once vs. solid competition since Dec. 1

The bad thing about that big of a spread is that LSU could be up comfortably by 18 with a minute or so left. Ole Mlss could then hit a couple of threes - especially if Will Wade empties the bench - and there goes the cover.

I would not touch this one.
