It doesn't even sound believable. I checked the box score wanting to look at some stats.

F me that is incredible efficiency. That's almost a point per offensive play and we missed an early field goal.

UF had the ball 2/3rd of the game and LSU scored quickly.

It’s like Joe Brady and Steve E are playing Madden. It’s truly absurd.

24 rushes and 24 passes.

218 rushing yds vs 293 passing.

That's what I call efficient and balanced!

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen anything like last night vs a good defense. I remember the 03 team absolutely humiliating a bad Arizona team that was literally rebelling against its head coach at the time, but never against a defense this good. I think Grantham might have PTSD after last night, because nothing he did worked for more than a play or two.

Only 5 more than UF had in the first half I believe.

I'll cut the defense some slack in that regard.

Not me. If the defense could just execute and Aranda wouldn’t play in a shell the entire first half, then this game is a blowout. UF’s entire plan was to slow the game down and limit our time with the ball. We allowed them to do that and stay in the game. If we could have gotten them to speed up and abandon that plan earlier, they get blown up by the third quarter.

You should watch the Lion King a-hole.

The only thing that matters is what is in front of us.

That’s averaging more than 10 yards per play .... not bad.

Then I guess we need to make peace with the fact that Oklahoma has a better defense than we do now. They were definitely better vs Texas yesterday. They are a better fit paired with and playing against this offensive style. But go ahead and shill for Aranda while good offenses march at will for 2-3 quarters before we even attempt to adjust.

Go back and watch tape and point out where I am factually incorrect.

As for what’s in front of us, it’s Bama. Will that first half scheme work in BDS in a few weeks? Dropping 8 vs Tua and that WR corps? It will look like a late 80s WAC game.

If the defense could force 3 and outs 4 more times LSU could have scored 70 points easily.

Totally agree. They aren’t as far off as some people complaining think. The problem is that, other than last week, the situation hasn’t really improved any yet. I’ve been an Aranda fan and I’m more surprised than anyone that he hasn’t figured this out and fixed it yet.

Yeah they were talking about it last night saying that even when we tried to slow it down and run more we scored fast. Just can't tame the horses, they have to run free.

It's true. We were damn near scoring at will. I've never seen anything like it.
